The role

Buying runs on tidy records and steady follow-up, and we need another organised person to help keep it that way. As a Vendor Support Assistant you will keep vendor records current, collect quotes and track supplier paperwork.

This is an organising role, not a technical one. You do not need to code or use complex software — comfort with spreadsheets, email and simple online tools is what counts. If you are steady and careful, we will teach you the rest.

It is a part-time, work-from-home role, which suits people who want steady, reliable work alongside studies or another commitment.

What you'll do

  • Keep vendor contact and term records current
  • Send quote requests and follow up politely
  • Prepare simple quote comparisons for review
  • Track purchase paperwork to completion
  • Follow short daily checklists so nothing is dropped

What we're looking for

  • Organised with records and numbers
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, email and simple online tools
  • Clear written English for short supplier messages
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home
  • Any exposure to admin, accounts or purchasing is a plus, but not required

What we offer

  • Monthly pay in the range of ₹23,000–₹35,000 for part-time hours, depending on experience
  • Fully remote, with flexible part-time hours you can plan around
  • Structured on-the-job training with a senior coordinator
  • A clear path toward a senior vendor support role as you grow
