How we got here

We started in 2024 after watching the same annual ritual repeat at company after company: renew the insurance, pick a gifting vendor, add an initiative, send one long email, and hope somebody reads it.

Today Indian companies run flexible benefits, perks, insurance, wellness and recognition through Shopkeq, and they can see, plan by plan, what their people actually use.
